Richard Clark testimony before the Joint Inquiry in June of 2002 on the history of efforts against Al Qaeda has been declassified [pdf]

There's a statement on p.96, "Mr. Clarke, I appreciate your comment on the fact that we already have big brother, and it is the private sector. I think that is something we are going to face in the next few days", which I found curious coming from Rep. Terry Everett (R-AL) and unable to find someplace where Clarke talks about any such big brother, though there's a paragraph of comments by Clarke blacked out prior to that. Just scanning through backwards, as is my habit.
