    Where's the outrage?:

no need to state anything outside the obvious: intra-religious civil-war advocate al-Zarqawi has killed more of his fellow Muslims than he has representatives of the Great Satan. He's the equivalent of a mob boss or a McVeigh, and so I'm not sure why anybody is expecting a New York Times style self-semi-flagellation from Cairo's editorials. We should end an occupation or two, and his fellow Muslims would, in all likelihood, return the favor with his head. He's more their problem than ours, just as Rumsfeld is more our problem than theirs.
