When did the CPC start running Candian telecoms?:

via F N Brill we're quite alarmed to learn that Canadian internet provider Telus blocked its one million subscribers' access to a pro-union website, as well as the 766 other websites hosted on the same server. Telus vice-president of corporate affairs and lying maggot defends the action as such:

“This was not an independent ISP making a judgment call,” he said. “This was a company that was protecting the safety of its employees.”

Unilaterally deciding which information poises a "threat" to employee "saftey" is not a judgement call? Bollocks. They were playing mommy for grown adults. Like little kids scream at their public instructors for the first few years - "You're not my real mom!" - gigantic telecom businesses suckled off the teets of ours and our forefathers' tax dollars are not our real mothers.
