    "terror plot foiled":

    "over there" is apparently the UK, assuming the plot wasn't another fabrication on the part of the investigators. On the other hand they keep targetting flights betweeen the UK and the US, so really they're already on their way here, and we're stuck fighting them over there. Lucky for us the limp wristed, feminized UK still sees some value in the "police work" and "months long investigations" that signify weakness on national security and defeatist McGovernism in modern talking head/DLC/vice-presidential parlance.
