      Satanists never fail to amuse.

I've read some Levay, perhaps some others, and this didn't strike me as particularly reconcilable with satanisism, so far as it's defined.

Fucking vampires are always so imperial. Figures he'd run for office.

      Bibles are funny, too.

"The fraud of democracy, I contend, is more amusing than any other, more amusing even, and by miles, than the fraud of religion. Go into your praying-chamber and give sober thought to any of the more characteristic democratic inventions: say, Law Enforcement. Or to any of the typical democratic prophets: say, the late Archangel Bryan. If you don't come out paled and palsied by mirth then you will not laugh on the Last Day itself, when Presbyterians step out of the grave like chicks from the egg, and wings blossom from their scapulae, and they leap into interstellar space with roars of joy."

      --H. L. Mencken, Last Words, 1926

buermann, roars of joy. Did you put that quote up today or did it recycle on its own?

I realised that a second after I hit "publish." I've been up since 7am yesterday morning. Rotating 12 hr shifts were not designed with human beings in mind. Oh right, I'm just a cog.

Uhn, 12 hours! Even cogs need some time to grease the wheel!
