They've been doing that forever, in every state that ever existed, even when there was no liberal proceduralism to elevate the Big Cheese. They create nothing. They build nothing and their culture, if it can be called that, consists of badly plagiarized anti-authoritarianism. Their leadership is entirely parasitic and the followers are serial hysterics.
