Half a week wasn't long enough, but it's all I got:
The earlier "possibly using cluster bombs" becomes "using cluster bombs", Americans reject American imperialism when it's played out too obviously (don't worry, what Americans want won't matter), US military bones up for a Kosovo replay two weeks early, and after about a week and a half of the press playing up Iraqi resistance - "even some of Mr. Rumsfeld's advisers now acknowledge that they misjudged the scope and intensity of resistance from Iraqi paramilitaries in the south" - I'm reading stories about how "Opposition has been lighter and much less organized than expected". I guess we're back into victory-mode for a while.
