    check it. I find it ludicrous. The government already does this with impunity so long as the suspect hasn't touched American soil. Now we're going to make it legal for them to do it to, say, the 5,000 "suspects" Ashcroft dissappeared after 9/11 without filing one conviction against the lot of them. If only we'd had witchtrials against the 5,000 we could have gotten 5,000 forced confessions!
