Apparently when a textiles manufacturer brandishes "Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production" certification of plants they've already decided to move to a suddenly "business friendly" Haiti it means the opposite of what you'd think it would mean. Presumably this is because they have, more or less, certified themselves.
